The saddest part about this entire experience, is Ive worked hard to take care of a car to give to my son. Due to me complaining I guess the office was upset they threw my car on the lot of nappa parts and immediately after driving off the car stopped which almost caused a deadly crash. My car has never stopped they told me my transmission was going out and all of a sudden my son car is completely ruin. I am really heartbroken about the effort you guys took to destroy my childs car his senior year. Very dishonest group of workers thanks for being hateful

I came here because I heard a scraping sound on my car. They quickly determined that my inner fender liner had come loose, and that unfortunately I would have to get a new one, but luckily they are available online for an incredibly low price. They pushed it into place best they could, but didn't charge me anything because they said that doesn't count as actual work, and I was able to drive around with no issues while I sourced a new one. Unfortunately for me, my starter broke, and when I got super lucky and my car started by luck, I didn't stop my car and drove straight here to see if they could fix it. While I was here I figured I might as well get an oil change and see if they could put the fender liner in, now that I've gotten it. Since a starter repair isn't cheap, they even installed the liner for me for free! The grand total for all this after taxes was 980 dollars. This is my first car repair experience, and they were quite friendly. I don't know how much things normally cost, and I already paid the bill, I've attached it below in case anyone wanted proof I'm a real customer. But yes, it's been a few months and I've had no issues with the car.

I happened to pop up and ask about leaving my car to be looked at. I filled out a form that doesnt show a fee. Well they decided to run a test that cost 179$. They decided to run this test without notifying me giving me the option to continue services or not. Seth was very rude and unprofessional, over talking me and didnt care. I explained that I shouldve been notified that the issue I wrote on the form would need further testing which a fee shouldve been given that way I made a decision. He also quoted me 11k to fix it when I didnt ask for them to look up prices and quote me anything. This place are strong arm robbing costumers. I let him know I spoke to corporate and he stated they cant tell him what to do. He has been very rude all day then telling me to call around for Keith and if I cant find him at another store he may be home. I have tried to deal with this and remain professional but he is making it hard. All I asked is that he shouldve called me giving me a chance to decided to continue with them. Corporate started a case and Seth basically said corporate dont run anything. I am not understanding the rude behavior very distasteful
