Highly recommend!! We had an HVAC that needed replacing. I got four bids and talked to each company, looked at reviews, got help choosing a company from a trusted HVAC friend who does only commercial work. Jewell was the best in every way. Josh was excellent communicator. Keith W. And Michael M. were excellent installers and Matt, who came to assess was a great also. No games. Just honest and thorough in answering my questions. And they had the best price by far. Installation was the day I needed within a week of bid and on time, professional, tidy, and also great communicators. I bought a service contract for both our units. Thanks to all the people at Jewell Mechanical who I interacted with for your work.

WE had a significant and complex plumbing leak and had it repaired by Jewell .The plumber that did the work for us was Douglas James. He did an excellent job. He arrived on time ,quickly understood the issue and promptly went to work fixing it. He periodically kept us informed as to what he was doing and pointed out several things to us to be aware of. We could not have asked for better service. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned everything very well and brought us up to date on the repair before he departed. I highly recommend him

We live in Bellevue and Douglas was our plumbing technician. He called us 45 mins before his arrival and he was very prompt and courteous. He wore shoe covers and was very careful to not leave a mess as he was working and after he was done. Douglas did a thorough and timely job and his work and skill level were top notch. This was our second time hiring Jewel Mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) and we'll definitely call them agaIn..
