        Beware, they will charge $175/hour transportation time from the time the technician leaves the office in addition to "fuel and environment". We received a bill of almost $500 dollars for service that took no more than 30 minutes at the most--of just trouble shooting without resolving the issue. After much communication, we were told they charged 2 hours of driving time.
