I am from Bowling Green, KY Radon One installed my radon system. They went over and above to get the system going in my 50 year old home. They even fixed an encapsulation problem that was done by another company. I hope others in my area will take advantage of Radon One and their good work. David Coffey took plenty of time to educate me about the system, and his employees were capable and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend Radon One.

Weve had a great experience with this company! From Lisa to Nathan the communication has been outstanding. Initially had the fan installed and recently completed encapsulation. Very well done and Im one of those picky customers. Our Radon levels have dropped substantially. The guarantee is a nice touch too.

So I never thought I would ever end up with strong feelings about a radon company and yet here we are. Due to a series of unique circumstances, my partner and I ended up having many rushed demands for Radon 1 from last minute estimate quotes during a snow storm to needing to enlist their services within a very narrow time window. Justin, Lisa, and Nathan were all incredibly kind and accommodating to our situation. Lisa was on the front line working with us through all the quotes and scheduling and her positivity and empathy really helped us through the craziness of rush closing on a house with high radon levels; Justin worked with us on the custom needs of our project, taking extra time to survey our inspection photos and answer questions over text, and Nathan came out to install the system, also taking the extra time to answer all our additional questions (including some of our home maintenance ones that had nothing to do with radon mitigation). He even let me borrow one of his wrenches while he worked so that I could finish up a project I didnt have the right tools for. Overall just an incredibly kind, friendly, efficient and professional group of people.
Product wise, the system and moisture barrier looks great and seem to be made from thick quality materials. I dont have a lot of experience with radon systems, so my ability to review the system itself is limited. But I can say that I 100% trust the people that put it there and thats what matters to me.
