Called to get an estimate for something, the guy probably felt like I am not big enough money for him so he priced me somewhere around 10xactual value.. When I tried to explain what I need again (thought it was by mistake) he hang up and never answered again. Even if you are not interested in a job you can explain it more simply than giving a crazy bid and not answering again..

James Crawford is very amiable and came with strong reviews. My experience was not a good one. James is very slow to respond and required repeated messages and prompts. He and his team came very late in the day they were supposed to work without communicating such. The work (smoothing our a basement concrete floor in preparation for installation of vinyl tile) was sloppy and unacceptable. The floor was almost as uneven as before he started. I followed up with James who said he was pleased with the work. He grudgingly said he would send someone to walk the floor with me, but for three days in a row, despite saying someone would come, no one showed up even after repeated reminders and requests. The floor was unacceptable for application of the planks and had to be redone by another contractor. My mistake for assuming James was an honorable businessman and paying him before I inspected the job. I was planning to use him for driveway repair based on others recommendations but now no way. Buyer beware.

Great job guys! Installed a patio for me this week and did exactly what we discussed! Id recommend these guys to anyone.
