I placed an order on line to ship to store in Naples FL based on delivery date to store. The item did not deliver on that date and update still shows in transit to store. Customer service told me to call the store for more information. Neither the operator or any other department answers the phone. My credit card was charged on the date I placed the order. If my order does not deliver before I leave Florida, I have to wait 10 days after the item is finally delivered to the store to receive my refund. I feel JCPenney is just not reliable and the store doesn't answer phones. I will not order from their store again.

I ordered something for Christmas and the shipping date said it was for the 22nd up until the evening of the 22nd. It now won't be here until the 27th. After my company is gone. I then tried to call customer service and the lady was no help at all and sent me over to another line for unsatisfied customers and he hung up on me before I finished talking. Is this really how customer service works now? They don't even listen and just hang up? What kind of customer service is that? Super disappointed. Jcpenny you need to do something about this.
