Had a great experience getting auto insurance for our mother. Phil helped me out and carefully explained everything. He took the time to help figure out exactly what we needed and solved my problem. If that wasn't enough, upon leaving the office, my car wouldn't start and Phil came out to help me figure out what the problem was and he actually took me to the auto parts store on his lunch break so I could get the part I needed and brought me back. Phil is a genuinely helpful and considerate guy. He really went the extra mile in every way when he didn't have to do that. But it really made my day! Thank you.
