Working with Real Rock was a quick and easy process. Mark was knowledgeable and coordinated getting our job done in a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I owned a granite, marble and quartz countertop sales and manufacturing company in central Illinois for over fifteen years. Since then, we have retired and moved to SWFL and purchased a home. When we decided to remodel our kitchen and add new countertops, we knew we wanted a company that would meet our high expectations. Like everyone else, we started looking at Google reviews. We noticed that Real Rock had good reviews, so we decided to go visit their store.
We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady when we entered the showroom and were introduced to Mark, who we worked with selecting our new tops. The price that he gave us was fair and we really appreciated his sincerity.
We decided to move forward, we finalized material, and a template date was arranged. The templator was polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.
An install date was set, and the installers arrived on time and were all very polite. They did an excellent job, there was (1) seam that is NOT noticeable (which was a big concern of mine), and ALL of the tops fit perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very proficient with their time.
I understand why Real Rock gets great reviews. These people are incredible! We could not be happier! Great job!!!!
