Weichert is managing a house we are renting. Upon moving in, we discoverred that the house was infested with cochroaches and the washing machine didnt work. Our requests for maintenance have been all but ignored. They rarely return phone calls and nobody seems to know what is happening. I had to go out and buy a washing machine and install it myself. We have been here for over 4 months and basic things that were promissed to be fixed shortly after moving in, are still not repaired. Now our garage door has been broken for 2 weeks with no sign of repair in sight. This company cant manage a parking space, let alone someone's home. Worst management company i have ever dealt with.
