Super disappointed. I have had great service with Javco before but this time has been totally different. On the first install of my shower doors they cracked my shower tile. Then my shower glass doors were measured wrong so they had to reorder after bringing three guys out to try and make it work. (I get it can totally happen with measurements) but Was told if my glass came in sooner they would call and move sooner. Every time I called regarding my job its like they didnt know what job was mine and confused what job it was. I called for an updated today and the lady who answered the phone was completely rude and was completely annoyed that she had to help me. Super disappointed in customer service all around.

Atrocious service from the front desk. No idea how to talk to a new customer.

The people here are extremely helpful and nice.  If you need a repair or similar help, you couldn't do better.
