Been coming here for serveral years for all sorts of guitar needs and they are always the best. Very knowledgeable employees no matter what you're buying and very honest. Just had them re-string my Epiphone Les Paul and it sounds just as good as it did when I first purchased it from them. We're very lucky to have them in Napa!

I love supporting small businesses, especially good local honest ones! We've been here twice and have had a good experience both times. We initially bought my son's violin here at a great price and after a year a peg broke. They fixed it quickly and charged a very fair price. We initially went to a closer music shop but they literally wanted 4x what NMS charged! The lady who I think may be the owner or manager was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone who has a need.  Thank you NMS for being so wonderful!

I meant Diane not Crystal.  They are very accommodating and each person there is highly competent and customer oriented.
