Alyssa at Howard Hanna Rand Realty was terrific; she proactively reached out to me on Zillow letting me know about her services, and that was the basis for my decision to enlist her help with my condo. I'm a homeowner who is renting out my condo for the first time and it soon became clear, after several months of trying to find a tenant on my own, that I needed help. Alyssa's expertise, professionalism, and effectiveness meant that it took just over a month from first talking about my needs to having a fully executed lease in hand. She cared about my interests and helped me secure an excellent tenant, putting my mind at ease every step of the way and taking care of every detail. She was patient with my own idiosyncrasies; for example, having a bunch of pets running around my house meant that I was less flexible than the average person in terms of the notice required for showings, but she was really unflappable and never let any of the particulars of my situation stress her out. I can't recommend her highly enough!
