      image I was so lost and confused when I saw my son would probably need an IEP. I read up on the laws and other resources but still had many questions. I happened upon Ilene and it was the best thing to happen to us! Her Open Opportunity Session is unlike any other advocate out there. Trust me, I called them all! Most of the advocates and lawyers I reached out never even returned my phone calls. But Ilene got back to me so quickly and I had a good feeling about her so I booked her Open Opportunity Session. She was the first person to make sense of everything that had been going on with my son and the school. She made me feel less crazy! I decided to take her advice and go at it alone but supplemented with a few hours of her consulting. Working with Ilene has saved me so much money. I refer her to anyone who mentions their child is struggling in school- she’s a breathe of fresh air in a very stale and intimidating industry.

      image Ilene has been the BEST resource a parent can ever ask for. She is worth every penny. My child's situation is complicated (isn't it always?) and she has guided me through such difficult and confusing times. I always walk away from our discussions with a renewed sense of calm and insight. I have yet to meet another consultant/advocate of her caliber.
