        Heather is the absolute worst! She has lied and deceived us. She has done NOTHING to help us. She never sent us up to date insurance cards so we were driving with expired cards. She has been completely unprofessional with phone calls. Saying she didn't receive them when we left her messages. We had to get a new car and she was not helpful at all during that process and didn't tell us that we would be charged $100 more per month for a newer car. This company is a complete joke.
