I went yesterday for impacted ear wax. I was seen quickly with an absolute minimum of paperwork beforehand. The staff were all friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I retired after an almost 30- year nursing career, and I have very high standards regarding healthcare. I couldnt have asked for better care.

The doctor informed me I had a common infection, similar to pink eye, and most commonly found in children. I told him that was not the case, that I was in extreme pain but he still sent me out the door. Two days later I got a second opinion because it had gotten worse the urgent care in VA sent me straight to the ER for a case of MRSA (in my face and extremely close to my eye). Meaning I could have very easily lost my eyesight or life had I not gone somewhere else! Do not go here if you don't have to. It's a waste of your time and money.

Such a great experience was on vacation with my family and my 3 yo got sick. We showed up around 545 and 550 and they close at 6 and they were very friendly and provided excellent care.
