        Who ever owns this place really needs to come here and put in some work. The Landlord is a phantom and I have never seen said person. The office hours are a lie, everything here is outdated and the insides are terrible. Vermin in and out of the buildings very little pest control. No security at all. Place really could use a revamp, especially since rent started at 700 now its up in the 900s been here two years. Thats kinda uncool. New management has zero personal skills, The maintenance man Steve is cool as hell!!! Shout out Steve, but theres only so much a one man band can do..

        I have lived here 8 years!! Lately, not worth the money. No, office support in two years, barely a maintenance support in 5 years. The community run an adult support group in one of the building, the young adults run ramped all day n all night!!! I don't recommend this community for anyone that has children or like their sleep. Plus they just jumped the rent $200.00, with no upgrades.

      Hi Tristen, Thanks for the feedback. We have updated our office hours on google. We also contacted our pest control contractor to check your building this month for extra work beyond their monthly preventative checks. Please contact our office if you are having a problem in the apartment as we won't know of an issue unless you tell us. Unfortunately, we do not and have never provided security for our residents. But we do have some very exciting improvements planned for the upcoming year in addition to the new roofs we put on last year and the extensive tree trimming and removal and parking lot restriping this year that was done. Thanks for the shout out to Steve! We are glad you are happy with our maintenance staff! And again, so sorry we can't terminate your lease early, but congratulate you on your next adventure and certainly wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

      Hi Molly, Thanks for the feedback. We brought Kim and her crew back to manage the property last year for management and maintenance, but know that you left shortly after. Our community only offers public housing and does not run any additional programs, but will rent to anyone who applies and qualifies for a home and wants to live here. We did have a rent increase in 2022 just before you moved, for the first time since 2019. Our market rent still falls below market rent for other homes in Muskegon. We hope you are happy in your new place and wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.
