        I had a problem of intermittent noise with my furnace. I called another company to come out and I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the delivery of their service. Then, I called Lasko and they responded in a matter of minutes (literally) with an appointment. Ian Robbins came to my home this very next morning and provided top notch service! He was amazing, outstanding and excellent all at the same time. Ian came in and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He explained to me what the problem was and provided me with a reasonable estimate. He completed the repair in less than an hour! Oh, and I forgot to mention he arrived on time which can be highly unusual for service providers. I recommend getting Ian if you can. Thanks Lasco!
