8 hours told them the stomach was leaking air out of my feeding tube area. They sent me home and now I have a mess that I Am leaking feeding tube food everywhere on my belly can I live with are coming out of my stomach for the night because I'm not going back to sit for hours to get back there for 4 hours and then to be misdiagnosed sent home with the same problem I called them they asked me if I could go to a surrounding hospital he was still a 4-Hour wait

I had a open fracture of my right ankle. Everything was wonderful ( except the extreme pain I was in ) from the ambulance workers and hospital staff. The Doctors and nurses were incredible and the rest of the staff was very polite and professional. I'm glad I picked this hospital because I felt at ease and safe. The Doctors who fixed my ankle did a fabulous job. I hope to be up and walking again very soon. Thanks to all of you at Mercy Trinity Muskegon.

Just reposting since it appears my review was scrubbed...hmm. This tracks with the typical experience you get from this place as well as what looks like their typical response to Google reviews. They're not even worthy of further explanation for this rating - it was available in my original before it disappeared, but again, not listening to what I say seemed standard among every employee at every level of this cesspool Edited after the "owner's" reply: That's exactly the typical and useless response to which I referred. Easy to not take responsibility for your incompetence and make excuses for your arrogance when you're the only show in town anyway. I called that number back when this issue originated, and all I received was arguments and attempts to lecture me. You lost your chance to be professional back then. Hopefully I can maintain my health for as long as I live in this area, because if I ever wake up in an ambulance, they'll have two choices: Take me to a non-Trinity, non-Mercy hospital, or leave me on the curb. It's worth that risk to avoid this place.

I would give a zero if I could. Doctor was nice but no hospitality there. After 8 hours of no food or water he was supposed to be admitted overnight. But to sleep in emergency room. Where he was not comfortable being. No one checked on him when his alarms went off. He felt safer at home. Attitudes changed. He was basically ignored and told to sign waiver and leave. He could not come back for his stress test in the morning. Given no paperwork on anything done. Had to ask for IV to be taken out. He was told this is going to hurt blood poured out. Nurse was rude and was going to walk out until I said something about needing something to clean it up with. I watched numerous elderly confused in waiting room. Trying to get help with using restroom and getting something to drink. No empathy. Do better Trinity. People arent there because they want to be.
