We are a small Real Estate Brokerage and have 18 office in the state of Michigan. One of our offices had mice in the basement. Wendall was able to come out and set traps right away. He went above and beyond while doing so and noticed we had termite tunnels. He informed us that he did not see any live termites, but wanted to let us know for precautionary reasons. We scheduled him to spray for the termites immediately and he was quick to get out there. We even added Ant extermination the day before he was to spray for the termites and he was very flexible and able to add that to the next days agenda. Wendall is a very nice man and very good at what he does. We already plan to use him in 2 other offices in the near future. He has also agreed to travel some distance for these offices. AAA was very quick to help solve my problem! They returned my call quickly, they came to inspect and treated THE SAME DAY!!!! Other (big name) companies took forever and then were telling me 2 weeks out after inspection!!! I'm so thankful to have came across this company. They beat all others pricing and scheduling! I just couldn't be happier! Thank you AAA!!
