      image very disappointing customer service. My bill increased 40$ and they said they had no idea why. Had to call for an update, and their response was well do you still need full coverage. Then got hung up on by Shannon.

After discussing this with Shannon, she was offering to adjust your coverages to offset the increase and explained that State Farm had a rate increase. She reviewed the discounts that you had on your policy with you as well. She offered to have the person that was helping you call you back to further discuss it and sent that person a message.
