We asked these guys to do something simple hook up the waterline on a subzero fridge and install a kick plate. They said not problem we can be there in a few days. “ Great “ not so much the guy came in immediately tried to replace a compressor that wasn’t broken and rack up the repairs costs. I listened to his explanation of why they had to do it and how he would contact me about getting the parts I needed for both the waterline and the compressor. Did a little research after the technician left because my fridge is COLD found out he told me a bunch of BS. Next day the “ boss” called said we can do the job it’ll cost 5 something witch actually sounded responsible for both jobs. I told him I did not need the compressor because it wasn’t broken please just finish the job that I asked you to do originally. He follows up with that’s a plumbers job we can’t do that. So I ended up hiring someone to lie to me for $75 an hour. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

The same issue and the dryer still not working...Forget about been unprofessional, this guy (Vital) is rude ignorant, uneducated and disrespectful.

An older guy and younger guy came to my home (COVID-19) I asked them to please wear a mask. The two seems as though it was offensive and told me I needed to also put on a mask in my home.. I then proceeded to let them know if they couldn’t put on a mask they would have to leave. So the older guy proceeded towards my door as he was about to force himself in when the younger guy told him to come on and they left angrily... very aggressive attitudes and dismissive towards what’s going on in the world.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not use these guys they have no respect for others and no human decency.. hire at your own risk..

The man who came to look at my washer didn’t even look at my washer to see what was wrong. He looked up my washer online and said it was my board and it would be over $500 to replace it. He charged me $75 to look it up on the internet and spent about 5 minutes in my house total. My husband simply opened the back and saw it was just a small plastic clip behind the start button, fixed the clip and it runs perfect! I contacted the “Manager” but he hasn’t returned my call. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. Service: Washing machine repair
