I havent been to this location but I have gone to LensCrafters for 15+ years. Unfortunately theyre not in my new insurance network. I have had issues at my new clinic and called to have a few questions/concerned answered. Giselle answered every question eloquently and well educated and I could feel her smile and concern through the phone. I really appreciate her time and patience listening to my story today and giving me more information when she didnt owe it to me. THIS is a professional place! I will just pay out of pocket and come here next year!
