        Our server first took the orders of the table seated after we were seated. We were waiting at our table for an hour before our order was taken by Colton. They ran out of all potato based foods. The food was served with no silverware, had to go in and get some myself. The ribs were pretty good, my friends brisket meal only had 3 little pieces. She was done eating in like 3 minutes.

        Ordered takeout. Didnt receive everything we paid for, were not provided with any sauce, and received one set of utensils for 3 people. The food was nothing special. Honestly disappointed by the quality and pissed that we got shorted.

      Sorry you had a disappointing experience, Adam. As you are aware by the wait and the crowds, we were incredibly busy during the eclipse weekend ~ in fact, we can see by our POS system that were were 458% busier than normal. While we planned for huge crowds, inevitably we did sell out of some items. All of meat is weighed prior to serving ~ so while your friend may have only had three slices, they maybe have been thick slices and they weighed the appropriate amount. Appreciate your patience and grace.

      Sorry you had such a disappointing experience, Joel. If you will kindly be in touch via email (via our website 17bbq.com) and let us know what was missing, we will make this right. We don't normally provide sauce, depending upon the order, as sandwiches are already sauced. We served over a thousand people each day this weekend, so mistakes are inevitable. This is not our normal level of service. As far as the food taste, our flavor profile must not be too your liking.
