I had an issue with my account, but Kristin Dailey was able to fix it in no time at all and even called me the next day to confirm that the problem had been resolved. She made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety about dealing with the issue. I have had several such experiences with Regions and I am glad that they are so helpful with things that are often difficult to deal with. I would recommend Kristin specifically as a friendly person who was professional and courteous.

Within the last few months I have taken over Treasurer duties for Adopt A Golden Nashville (Golden Retriever Rescue). The organization had been using a branch of Region's in Franklin with mixed service results. I chose to do the switch over in Murfreesboro since it is closer to my house. Kristin is the first person I met with and has been with me every step of the way. She has been absolutely incredible. Extremely responsive whether by phone, email or in person. She is patient, friendly and very effective at her job. We are thrilled to have our own personal banker. My satisfaction level with Region's is very high, solely because of the value Kristin brings to me and our organization!

Very poor customer service. Woman at the counter was rude and not welcoming at all. Made me feel like an idiot. Will NEVER go back to this location. Not helpful at all whatsoever.
