        The bouquet and boutonniere I ordered from City of Flowers were perfect! Anna was super helpful throughout the process! She was able to answer all of my questions and made recommendations on what flowers were in season. Thank you! I would definitely recommend City of Flowers for flower arrangements!

        Anna and her team at City of Flowers are amazing and professionals who create amazing bouquets!!! They are also some of the nicest and most caring people you will meet who take genuine pride in their floral bouquets creating each one with individual care and beauty!!! I have known Anna (professionally) and used her floral services for *years* and will ALWAYS use her and her shop for ALL of my (local) floral arrangements!!! This last arrangement was a bouquet (& balloon) for my moms birthday, and my mom was so excited and in awe of the bouquet that she was so grateful she thanked me FOUR *different* times (calls)!!!

        I had a fantastic experience with this company. I mistakenly entered the incorrect zip code on an online order and I called immediately and the response was very helpful and communicatve. The flowers arrived on time and were bright and beautiful. I highly recommend this business.

      Hi Karen,I have looked through our system and did no see an order placed by you or received by you. Please email me any information you may have along with what you ordered and received. With flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions as some flowers are not in season or we received a bad bunch. When we do have to make substitutions, we try to our best to keep the look and feel of the arrangement the same. You can email your info to [email protected] Thank you
