        Customer service is top notch! After traveling all night on our way home from Florida, our van broke down. Jake towed the van to the nearest dealership and drove us to the hotel we reserved miles away. We were not familiar with the area. When Jake didn't like the looks of the hotel, he called a nicer one, checked availability then drove us there. Thanks for rescuing two very tired travelers!
