My mom and dads cremations were both handled by the Cremation Society of Illinois. Their level of service and compassion are beyond reproach. They took all of the stress away of scheduling cremation services for my parents during extremely trying times. One phone call was all it took when each parent passed away and the Society handled the rest. I cannot give enough thanks for the wonderful care they showed me and my parents.

The death of family member is tragic without having to worry about the cremation process. This is where Cremation Society was invaluable. One phone was needed for them to take over. They handled all aspects of the cremation process from picking up the body until the ashes were ready for pickup. I dealt with Eric who was awesome. No pressure in selling packages. He's very knowledgeable, respectful, sensitive to your needs, thorough, follows up and is a skilled communicator. The whole process was flawless. It was important for me as I had never gone through this type of process previously. It is without reservations I highly recommend the Cremation Society of Illinois.
