Wells Fargo Bank

Just tried to deposit a check, but the teller refused to make the deposit because of the way the check was made out. I told her that I hadnt had any problems depositing such checks for over 40 years, yet she still refused. I went directly to another bank and deposited it with no problems. I dont plan to return to this branch. Ive never had issues at the branches on Coleman and Longpoint.

I was just there going through the drive-through and the teller was very rude to me. I've been banking with y'all for over 22 years and if I'm gonna get treated like this, I will draw my money out and go somewhere else. I really don't appreciate being treated and talk to like that.

Grateful for the staff! Had a very time sensitive situation that required a lot of attention and time. The team member, Blake was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to resolve my issue and answer all my questions. They definitely live up to their one business word, COURTESY!!

I used the atm last night to deposit money the machine ate my money so I called claims and got the usual WF run around of you have to wait 7-10 days till we investigate so this morning I called my branch (wando crossing, same atm I used) and I was told their atm is through someone else and Id have to wait and I told them I had a bill coming out.now my account is overdrawn and basically Im supposed to wait until they decide to put my money in that I deposited already , so many times Ive had my account hacked now this definitely not a customer geared bank I DONT RECOMMEND THEM

This is the worst banking experience ever. Your bank can't help you when you have a problem from being hacked. You can make an appt and come back another time. Really? Ugh.
