I was recommended Dr Franklin by a family member who grew up here in Mt Juliet and everything she said about him turned out to be true. He is a kind and highly intelligent doctor with a wonderful best side manner. I was emailed the new patient paperwork which I loved and helped expedite my check in time. Everyone at the office took the time to read my paperwork to acknowledge that I go by my middle name and referred to me that way while in office. They also took their time during my exam and I never felt rushed while in there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam.
