My sister only had a provider show up a couple of times out of many set appointments. The providers just wouldn't show up. It was extremely frustrating for her! Really frustrating for us to see that as well. Very sad

Terrible in my opinion.. leaving loved ones without care. In my experience Managment dont inform the client or the family that a caregiver is going to be absent which is 100% their job, leaving our loved ones without proper care..

KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR CAREGIVERS ARE UNQUALIFIED, LAZY AND INCOMPETENT!!!!! This was my first experience with caregivers and it was awful. The first 2 were lazy and I later found out one embellished her "task sheet". Niether of them could clean or make a bed to save her life. The first one sat in the laundry room with laundry that came back dirtier and stained. No idea how she accomplished that.. I repeatedly told her to leave it to wash and come back up to actually HELP me. The second one, ruined my kitchen towels because she doesn't know how to clean an oven and instead of telling me turns around AFTER THE FACT and says 'I'm not allowed to scrub anything"... I had asked her 2 days prior if she would be okay with cleaning the oven and she said she was fine with it. After finally finding someone that came in and did her job, she wasn't allowed to run errands or take me anywhere..... I have no vehicle and made it clear I would need a ride here and there around town.. This company also does not know the meaning of communication as on at least 6 different occasions and the 3 caregivers they failed to notify me that they were working on several days leaving me with no help. The final straw was yesterday. I called because my caregiver did not show up, after 2 weeks without her, only to be told that as of Monday she no longer worked there and they don't have anyone competent in this area.. Again NOBODY bothered to CALL me to let me know.Nobody gave me a heads up. Not only that but this was a call back because when I called them I asked to speak to the BOSS, but she couldn't be bothered to call me back she had someone else call me.The BOSS still NEVER called me. I was also given yet ANOTHER excuse as to why I couldn't be given rides to run errands around town. I am in Ephrata. Again, KEEP LOOKING. This place hires UNQUALIFIED "caregivers".
