        We have used Castle Carpet for years previous and gotten great service, but this last episode was HORRIBLE. The carpets weren't real dirty or smelly before Castle arrived, but after they "cleaned them" they smelled like filthy water. We have had another service clean them and we still cannot get the smell totally out. We will probably have to replace the carpet. We refused to pay for their "service" and they didn't gripe a bit. Makes one wonder. Beware. The response from the owner indicates we paid for this service. That is not true. No check was written, and the check number they referred to was written to someone else. So again, I suggest people beware of this company. Service: General carpet cleaning

        I have sever allergies. Castle cleaning have cleaned my upholstery and carpeting. This removed dust and has helped me to breath easier. Their staff was wonderful! I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to use them in the future.

      Hello Dan, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way but I think you may have us confused with another company. You did, after all, pay us in full with check #1030. After reviewing your account we can see that you were offered a re-clean but did not respond (even though it was beyond the 7 days we offer re-cleans). Our cleaning systems have completely separate fresh and waste water tanks. It is impossible to introduce waste water back onto carpets we are cleaning. There are other endogenous reasons for smell appearing after a cleaning and possible remedies. It is unfortunate you have experienced this and feel this way but we wish you the best and hope you can resolve your problem.
