I will miss you guys very much!I can't even palate the breads currently being sold at Whole Foods. Compare "fake" artisan bread to real quality, that is made with dedication and passion (not buying bread from the Cary baker that's good, yet absurdly overpriced)I've been eating the breads baked at Wellspring Bakehouse, when it was still Wellspring Grocery (pre Whole Foods). Shopping the store in Chapel Hill, was always a pleasure. I will always miss Wellspring Grocery dearly, WF should look to their past, to see their future, as they once did by acquiring WG. I hope that your ovens will reignite one day, and the smell of fantastically fresh bread will permeate throughout the kitchen, once again...
