Do not give this guy your address before making an appointment . Called for a chimney sweep quote. Like an idiot I first gave my address. After the quote I said I would talk to my husband and call back if I was going to make an appointment. He showed up at my house that day after 5pm. Said he was in the area. Ok. Never made an appointment with you. And don't just show up at my house. I could have been alone. Maybe didn't have the money yet. Isn't that what appointments are for? Who does that. I don't do business like that. Kindof creepy. Definitely will NOT use this company. So unprofessional

Went on a weekday, early afternoon. Shop was locked up tight with no hours posted on storefront. Whomever needs this store, may I suggest you call first so you don't waste a trip like we did. Perhaps they're only open in fall and winter, but it sure would be nice if hours were posted somewhere.

Nice people but too busy for good customer service. I purchased their tank exchange service for $600 during winter, and unfortunately have not been able to use my fireplace since then because they have been too busy to move my gas lines. I waited months, kept contacting him, he just put me off, and never contacted me again. If he had been honest with me, I would have made different arrangements to be able to use our fireplace during winter.

After a 30 day run-around about how we still didn't have our logs I called our credit card to cancel the charge. The charge was removed. It was contested saying that we DID receive the logs!!! The charge was placed back. After our written complaint to the credit card company the charge was removed. We were trying to buy local but wish we had read the reviews first.
