Don't use foundation realty. Buying your first home should be an exciting and fun experience ,but it was the complete opposite. Bought a house using trisha dowden as my agent. Love the house, but i think financially it was a bad decision. The whole negotiation process was very upsetting. Felt like i was negotiating with Trisha instead of the sellers. I found out after the transaction that her and the sellers were friends on facebook and outside of it. So good of friends that trisha dropped off the sellers profits at the bank for them. I've also heard nothing good about the owner shawn wynn from the locals. Havent had much interaction with him, but i can only assume its true from how his business is ran. One house in town wouldnt even show me the house because i was using foundation realty.
