Face it, usually it's not a good thing when you need a plumber. With that being said, Lake Norman Plumber on Call was easy to get in touch with, easy to work with, and made a bad situation as good as it could be. The best way to show how you feel about a business is to use them again, and I have an automated water shutoff system they will be installing for me as soon as i get wifi and electrical handled. (they even recommended a great electrician to handle that part of the job).I highly recommend this fine company and their team.

Dont call anyone else! This is truly the best experience I have EVER had with a plumbing company. We had paying guests staying at our property on Lake Norman, suddenly there was no hot water. It was a Friday and the guests wanted fast resolution. We got in touch with Lake Norman Plumber On Call after many other companies refused to take the job on such short notice. They arrived early and gave us an estimate, but thats not the best part, Frank Hardee the representative felt bad for us with guests at our home and a weekend without hot water, on the spot, he called me and said he would replace the water heater the same day! Our guests would have hot water by the afternoon of that very day! That is called being Professional and having empathy, something that doesnt happen too often. In my book, if you can trust a company with high business ethics, you have my business. Thank you, Frank for calming me down on a rather stressful situation and for coming through for us literally at the last minute. Youre my hero Lake Norman Plumber On Call! Frank Hardee is Superman!!

I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Stephen. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of my home, flexible and accommodating. He did maintenance on my hot water heater and replaced the cartridge in my shower. I am glad I was able to find a reliable plumber! Thank you, Stephen!!!!!!

GET A SECOND QUOTE PLEASE!! DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU. In ground repairs start a $882. They will not tell you this basic starting price over the phone. Once they are onsite they will "quote" you the standard in-ground $882. It was a 2 hour job, I'm grateful I did not hire them!

Called lake Norman plumber on call we had a tankless water stop working. Apparently you have to descale these things once a year the other company that installed it never followed up for maintenance. They came out and did a big maintenance and cleaned out the valves. Its works like new.
