The company is very hard too work with, they really dont work with you when you need a delivery, they dont care if you run out of fuel for your heater, not all people make that kind of money a lot of people gotta plan on there finances. Also when you do come up with the money it takes another week before they deliver sometimes even forget to deliver which is not convenient at all given the time of year it is.

I keep reading these reviews that say, "Bad customer service" or "Don't do emergency deliveries". However, the girls in the Montrose office have always been very sweet and helpful to my In-laws (who are long time customers) and my husband and me. When we run out of fuel , Which we often do, they always deliver within a day or two.

Excellent service all around, from sales (Bryan and Josh) to service techs (Dalton and Dustin) and the office personnel. Replaced existing boiler and water heater with Rinnai combi boiler. Job was completed efficiently and in the time frame quoted. Highly recommend.

Bryan was very helpful getting my new HVAC system designed, installed and running quickly. Dalton and his crew were on time every day, clean, courteous, and very efficient.
