There's no hate, judgement, or political rhetoric involved. It's wonderful to see a place where love and acceptance reign supreme in a modern world that seems increasingly divided.

Montreat is so beautiful! I stayed in Assembly Inn for a Road Scholar program. The building itself is spectacular and is surrounded by beautiful vistas. Meals were included and every meal was prepared and served with care. The food was wonderful every meal. Staff members were gracious and helpful. If you have an opportunity to visit do it!

Attended Road Scholar yoga retreat here. It was great! Assembly Hall conference center reminiscent of days where conversation and contemplation are front and center. Rooms are modest, but comfortable. Lake view is lovely. Ample walking and hiking. Staff is welcoming. Food is ample home cooking style.
