They always have very knowledgeable people there to help you with your music needs. This time I was looking for a PA system for our church. They had a good selection.

Arts music is my local music shop. As a trumpet player, I have a number of horns that I need to have maintained fairly regularly. Ill get maybe 4 tune ups a year (or more). Never once have I been disappointed. Quality cleaning and repair whenever I need it. My go to on staff in Mike Rabig. He does fantastic work. He once took a horn of mine that had a bell stomped out of shape and made it look new. Only one little warp is visible on one part of the engraving (this is a miracle considering how it looked before). All of their brass repair men do great work as well. Chuck and Josh have also done work for me too. I always can trust Arts music and their staff to get my instruments back to me in tip top shape. Even the staff that I may not work with directly are friendly and greet me by name when I walk in the door.

I contacted this store about purchasing our instrument. I was instructed to contact their salesman, Mike, to set that up. He picked up our intrustment and advised in a couple of days we would hear back. After 3 weekdays, I called to check in, their staff acts like they have no clue what is happening. I must've repeated myself 10 times before I was told that the manager had not reviewed our instrument for purchase, so I waited several more weekdays. I called back again, got the same runaround and was told again that the manager hadn't been in the office and had not reviewed it still. I was told she would let me know something soon, but the manager had to review it and he was out at a doctors appointment. Literally 2 minutes later, the girl called me back and said they do not carry Blessing instruments. I laughed and said okay, I'll just have it picked up and brought back to me. Basically this company lies to customers and when they're too lazy to inspect an instrument that they asked me to send in and then say they don't carry that brand. Mind you, my instrument was picked up and taken to this store that is 200 miles away. What a huge waste of time and energy on my part and the salesmen. Poor customer service all the way around.
