RESTAURANT OWNERS BEWARE!
We had a deli cooler go out, motor was still running but was not cooling. They sent a very young guy, fresh out of tech school to come work on it. I was pleased, its always refreshing to see young people taking up trades and was eager to speak with him about the issues and what the solutions may be.
Turns out something had frozen up and we needed to turn the unit off and let everything melt. No big deal. The tech left and came back. Long story short, problem solved in less then 10min, after the tech came back 2hrs later.
They wound up billing me almost $500 and tried to say the Tech was there for all those hours. I explained that he left while the system thawed (during our lunch rush) and came back a few hours later and was met with hostility, rudeness and a bunch of promises of sending out a different/more qualified tech next time
There wont be a next time.
They can slap a cross or bible verse on their van/logo but dont be fooled. This company isnt about service, gaining new customers or even keeping current ones.
Ive spoken to other restaurant owners in town whove had similar issues with this company.
There are plenty of other honest, customer driven companies to choose from in this town.
