Call here three times and never got thru to "Large Appliances". Message states that it will return my call within an hour. Well it has been well over an hour or two, and I am still waiting. So I called once more and no one picked up this time. I guess I should take the hint and get my quote for two refrigerators elsewhere.

Had to flag someone down in the tools to help me. He was busy texting. Bought two big vises the guy that worked there stood back and did not even offer to help load them.

Horrible customer service in tools. Called twice and nobody answered.

The customer service at the auto center is absolutely poor. The manager, Doug, would rather sacrifice his retail business for commercial business; told me this out of his own mouth. He won't give lifetime balance and rotation on tires not purchased at his store, but Wal-Mart, Firestone, and Goodyear will. Guess who DIDN'T get my business?
