I've gone in this place three times and all three time the guy working there said to go somewhere else for the most basic cycling items - helmet, tires and Stan's.

Purchased my first bike in years from Cameron about a month or so ago. Been enjoying fun exercise on trails. Bike has Been great but did have a small issue that Cameron was able to fix during its complementary tune up. Customer service and knowledge are top notch. This is the kind of experience I was hoping for with a local shop. Since then we have purchased another bike from him and now my whole family is able to go out and be more active. Thank you! I'll return for service, repair, and when I'm ready to upgrade to a new bike.

This is the worst retail experience I've had in perhaps my life, and I'm 72, so that's a lot of retail experience. I was satisfied with the service and my Specialized bike when I bought it last year. I'd not ridden it much but really like the bike and am moving to Spokane, WA. Not wanting to carry the bike on a rack on the car from Montgomery to Spokane, I stopped by the shop and talked with Cameron, the young man who sold me the bike. I was happy to find out about bikeflight and that it was a good way to ship my bike. I brought the bike in on May 30; the ship date was to be Friday June 5, and arrival in Spokane was to be June 12. When my friend in Spokane had not received the bike by the following week, he let me know. Checking the tracking number I saw that the order had been processed (what I'd done online with bikeflight, paid my fee, got a tracking number, etc) but it had not shipped. Efforts to contact the shop continued to fail. I had left town already. Some girl finally answered and she said she would find out and call back (she never did). So I continued to try to call the bike shop and there was never an answer "mailbox full" so I couldn't leave a message. I did send an email. Finally I got a response from Cameron to my phone, a text; he said he was sorry and would get it shipped out next day. That was Friday the 20th. On the 24th, still nothing, tracking shows that bike is still at shop. Called the shop; no answer. Looked up Chad, one of the people on the site, who turns out to be the owner. Chad Wiswall. So I called Chad's AC Direct, business next door, and it turns out Chad is the owner of the cycle shop; his secretary said there were some problems with a backlog of work (putting it mildly actually, when I took my bike into the shop it looked like a cyclone had come through; stuff strewn about everywhere, on the floor, on the walls; horrible mess; nothing what it looked like when I bought the bike.) The secretary at Chad's AC Direct promised me they would take care of it and get my bike shipped out. Understand I've already paid the 110.00 dollars to bikeflight, with a promised delivery of June 12 and it is now June 24. I've already paid an additional 65.00 to Bell Road Cycle which was to cover the packing and servicing (actually had a FREE service coming after I bought the bike, so I'm not sure what I was paying for, I guess 65.00 to disassemble and pack the bike). But as of June 24, the bike had not been serviced and was still in the shop. But I never ever saw Chad or anyone else in the shop except Cameron; he was always alone. I could and would allow some backlog due to Covid, but actually Cameron said that the bike shop was considered an essential business, so not sure why there would have been a backlog. Cameron did respond again today; and said he would get it out this weekend, but he also indicated that too much of the workload had fallen on him too much of the time. The secretary at Chads AC Direct would not give me Chad's phone number; bad sign and very very bad business and customer relations if I cannot even talk to the owner of the shop. This is for sure. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as writing reviews on FB and any/every other business review I can find. Looks like to me Chad has too many irons in the fire, is a VERY POOR businessman and absolutely has not business running a bike shop, and probably an AC place as well. At the least Chad owes me a refund of my 65.00 and probably should also refund the 110.00 shipping fee to Spokane. At the very least, he doesn't deserve my or anyone else's business in Montgomery. Please do not patronize this shop.

I took my bike to Bell Road Cycle Nutrition and Training center because I had a flat tire on my front wheel. So when I brought it in he examined it and told me that it was going to be about $25.00, I told him okay but in the process of him checking it out if he find any other problems, please call and let me know because I do not want to put a whole lot of money into this bike. For 3 days I did not here anything, I go to the shop and asked him about my bike, He said " I normally give myself a 5 day span, BUT YOUR BIKE , MA'AM I DON'T WANT TO TOUCH YOUR BIKE". I was so shock to here him say that, at first he was trying to sell me a $400.00 bike, than a $200.00 bike, I told him that all I need right now is my front tire fixed. He told me that he was not going to touch it and proceeded to go to the back, get my bike and push it out to me. I said to him, I bring my bike here every year, I have been had my bike for 8 years. He told me that I was riding on borrowed time, I told him that that was not his call that my life is in God's Hand. He said that my bike was no good, that the Chinese make them for $15.00 and sell them to Walmart and Target for $150.00 and that was a shame. I told him that every year that I come here the people here treats me very well, He told me that the people at this company do no mine taking your money but I am here to educate you and you need a better bicycle that I do not have to bring back every year. So I come out of his place of business and I started taking pictures of this business, and it was a man spraying for insects and he witness the whole thing, so I had a conversation with him. So he saw what I was doing, he comes out and offers to fix my tire for free, I told him first of all you just told me that you did not want to touch my bike, and when I brought my bike here I came with enough money to pay my bill, so no! I do not need you doing anything for me for free. I was so distraught, I did not know what to do. I talked to the owner (Chad Wiswall), his wife and neither Cameron the guy that worked in the store nor the owner wife offered a apology. She just said that she would ask Cameron to fix my bike. I told her NO, because he already said that he did not want to touch my bike. This is 2019 and still find some that try to take us there. There is no sign on the door saying that they have the right to refuse service. All I needed was my front tire fixed.
