Nichols Veterinary Care

We are so lucky to have found this place. We have a 10 month old Chow Chow who is part of their Puppy Package deal. This essentially covers all of your monthly needs for a growing pup. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially their resident doggie Appa, who is a beautiful larger than life type of doggie. They were also helpful in finding a great dog groomer as well as a puppy trainer. Here is a picture of our puppy fresh from his neutering appt and his doughnut collar.

I used to frequent this place because I had a pet, usually there they gave my dog his vaccinations and groomed him. But now they have a staff, a receptionist who doesn't know about customer service, she didn't want to take care of my new pet, because I didn't leave a deposit and she I explained the reasons and even so I didn't want to pay them with cash, for me they deserve a zero of rews.

Super friendly staff, very efficient exams, everyone was patient in listening to concerns and sharing information, didn't feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. And no one was judgmental or rude, which is something I have experienced at some other clinics in the past. I have 3 cats and they typically don't do so well at vets but the technicians and vets do a great job and all 3 cats actually handled everything really well which was impressive. Bonus perk that they offer a military discount, and I thought the prices overall were fair for the level of care received, too. Had zero issues connecting to the front desk to make appointments, and the appointments themselves were all within the same week which is nice (no waiting two or three weeks to get in). Will be making this my primary vet moving forward.
