Doctor Chen is an wonderful doctor. He went above and beyond to help me with my skin issues. I highly recommend Doctor Chen. He is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Unfortunately u can call at anytime or day and they will never pick up the phone. Rather at Pasadena or Whit office. No one ever answers the phone. Ive been trying for months! How do u run a business in this manner? Can someone please help me understand!

My medical group referred us to Dr. Chen. I been trying to call the office for the past two months, couldn't get a hold of someone. their voicemail asked to leave message or text for appoint. I followed the instruction, still didn't get a call back. I have reported this to my medical group and my doctor to DO NOT refer new patient to office that DO NOT pickup calls. I also noticed folks here also experienced the same issue. Please report to your medical group/doctor this issue to help everyone. Medical groups should really vesting their network of doctors are Active with a valid number for CONTACT.

Dr Chen is the best dermatologist, very patient and knowledgeable. I have seen many dermatologists and only Dr Chen can diagnose and get down to the root of the problem. Highly recommended.

The best doctor ever! Dr. Chan has been our family dermatologist for years. We visited countless dermatologists before finding him. He has treated both my cousins with their misused cortisone medication for psoriasis on their faces for a long time without realizing it is actually damaging their skin. This not only causes redness on their face but itchiness when they stop using.  Other dermatologist was not able to come up with the correct diagnoses and prescribed them unnecessary medication that did not help. Now, both my cousins were healed entirely.  I recently have an inflammable ruptured cyst that was sitting on the carotid artery. I would not trust anyone to do the minor surgery of removing it but Dr. Chan. We could not thank Dr. Chan enough in regard to our health and for providing us with excellent medical and physical care. He truly is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable and attentive.  I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
