ZERO stars for this rental company....lived in one of their rentals for 9 years. Got evicted for being 15 days late on rent. He tried to evict us during covid, we counter sued and won. He was out to get us from that day forward. Bruce is not about helping people, he's all about his deep pockets. He breaks the law by serving eviction notices when a renter is only 5 days late. There's a process that must be followed before filing for eviction and nobody holds him to it because of who he is. He's made it look as though we were evicted a hundred times from the same house over a 9 year period. We are now homeless because no one wants to rent to us because of his lies. I am surprised lightning does strike him everytime he walks thru the doors of his church.

If I could do know stars I would this place is a joke and does not ever answer the phone or respond to you and will take your application fee knowing they have already rented property out lining up 30 people for one property and $30 app fee a person and already have it rented out lol yea good scam to make alot of money lol this place is not professional and $1500 for a home with no central heat or air lol what a joke.
