Their customer service is beyond amazing I had a issue from a product that I got from cabelas still in the return time frame and everything cabelas refused to do anything about it I call garmin and kris helped me out and went above and beyond what they needed to to help me out.

I purchased a Garmin Drive 5" with Lifetime Maps on January 8, 2020 at the Walmart Superstore in South Salem. I have used this device at my workplace and in my personal vehicle. 100% reliable 24 x 7. I drive a transit bus for Benton County every weekend aka Coast to Valley Express. An older (2015) Garmin GPS is mounted to support our operation that includes a 60 mile loop thru highly congested city traffic and rural highways. Super helpful device - Highly Recommended - Five Stars!

Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The inreach device I purchased stopped working due to what they referred to as a software issue. This conveniently happened just after the warranty period ended. Should software issues be a part of the warranty? The only way to fix it was to charge me $200 for a replacement unit. I refused and asked them to end my subscription. They failed to do so and I was charged for several more months untill i called back to ask again. I recieved no refund.
