Hy-Tech Landscaping

The quoting price and process was terrible. They aren't honoring their sales or website pricing. Their "salesman" was terrible unprofessional. I would not recommend going with this business for these reasons.

Excellent quality of installation, but very poor on follow up. We were to receive a fall and spring maintenance check. Neither of which we received. When we called they said within the week they'd be out. Well, it's 2 weeks later and not out, or a call given to us. Very bad customer service.

If I could have given no stars I would have. After agreeing on a plan to replace my existing pavers and add pavers to replace an old deck Steve told me it would be 5 weeks. So I ripped out the old pavers and deck to get ready. I wish I didn't. I am a patient person and understand things such as weather etc. However I have been calling the office leaving messages with no response.(not excessively just every few days). I have texted Steve directly a few times with no response. Its been 8 weeks still no call or text. I will go all summer with no patio . I went with them because I used them before for a drainage problem I had several years back and they did a good job. Just very poor communication and leaving people like this is so unprofessional and wrong. So upset I will not be having my anual 4th party in memory of my son. Hopefully another place can fit me in by then. Still calling around .

Steve and his team did an amazing job. Our 800 sq foot patio turned out amazing! We were unsure what brick colors to use and Steve helped up with the process by showing us pictures of all of his previous work. In my mind, I thought this was going to be a stressful project but Steve and his team made it extremely easy and relaxing. I highly recommend Hy Tech landscaping if you are looking to turn your backyard into a vacation getaway!

Steve was very responsive and hands on. He not only sold the service, but was on site during the work to make sure it was going as we expected, not just a sell it and walk away guy. Very happy with him and the company and will be using them for my future projects!
