Got a new insurance policy with Arrowhead (still have the policy with them).
No written communication about an upcoming inspection. Started getting unexpected phone call about home insurance inspection that I ignored thinking it's spam. Now the policy is marked "pending cancelled". Neither Arrowhead call center or the inspection company call center is reachable to resurrect the policy.
Arrowhead's quotes might be competitive, but the customer service is non existent, so better avoid and take your business elsewhere.

Sent us a letter to trim trees next to our house. I trimmed the trees but forgot to send them the photos. I had to call them and wait on hold to get the email address I was supposed to send the photos to. I called them again after they didnt renew our policy. I then I had to get another quote and, of course, the rates went up. The lady I spoke to at Arrowhead was unhelpful and generally uncaring. My experience with arrowhead was poor and I recommend choosing a different homeowners insurance company if you can.

I am very happy to talk to a person to buy insurance as a renter. He was nice and welcoming over the phone. I arrived at his (Jack Morris) office when I could get there. He received me kindly and knew just what my landlord required. The experience was professional. He was capable and he made two copies of the documents that I needed to submit. You should go to Jack Morris at Arrowhead on Dale Ave. first.
