Splish Splash Pool Service

So, I keep writing reviews for this company cause I have a very complex pool system with waterfalls and such. KORY is my guy, when I see him pull up, I KNOW that all will be well. Yeah, I love this company and Kory is the MAN FOR POOLS. I even wanted to adopt him as a son but, he is beyond the adoptable age. I think I have been with the Co. 4 years now and they come when I call. Thats important to me. They also ALWAYS refer to me by my name.

I searched for a pool service online and you guys popped up in the top spot with a website that boasted 37 years in business and we are the best. Well I called to start service and I was told “we aren’t accepting any new clients at this time.” What kind of business model after being in business for 37 years can’t accept new customers? Well you just lost a long time future customer.

Was not given notice of my service being terminated until after I called them do to fact that they had not been on site for over a month during summer peak time. Apparently they had either emailed and or mailed us a notice of this termination which we never received. A simple phone call would have been more helpful of the apparent issue. Their excuse was that my pool was using too much/many cleaning chemicals in order to keep clean and they were not able to continue service for me. What a joke. Since they stopped servicing me; I myself have kept my pool clean and clear without much issues and have not had to go above and beyond on normal cleaning chemicals as they used as an excuse. They did not show me much appreciation for all the services we paid for as a loyal customer. Needless to say we would never use their service/company again.
