Don't know about the reviews about a pool, there is no pool. Have lived here for 20 years and there have been no improvements and very little maintenance. But the rent goes up every year claiming their rising costs. Ridiculous. Cost of what? Tenants pay for everything. Water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity.
