If I could give zero stars I would. MAWSS has the worst employees out of any business. Its insane that they are still in business. They are thiefs and liars. Will not tell me what my $100 misc fee is. I am not just giving them money without me knowing where my money is going. Yall should be ashamed of your selves honestly. Better be glad I dont come up to that store and show them how I was raised.

I'm a professional landlord and businessman. I own many residential and commercial properties in Mobile and in several other states. This water company is the most counterproductive utility company I have ever encountered in my career. Over 90% of the times you communicate with any of the workers you end up talking with someone that is utterly incompetent. They purposely keep COVID 19 restrictions in place even now in 2024 so they do not have to deal with customers face-to-face, as they prefer to be behind closed doors playing with their yo-yos and inserting their thumbs into each other's rectums instead of actually doing anything productive for the community of residents and businesses owners that must rely on them in their daily lives. So sad and sickening such a beautiful community is subjected to this level of torment.

MAWSS changed their bill payment system and did not send notifications that they were doing by mail. MAWSS then charged myself and others numerous late fees and threatened to disconnect water even though we all thought we were good on autopay. They are quick to disconnect service to help their bottom line by making you pay $250 to reconnect it for a one minute job.
